In accordance with UK consumer rights:

• You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase or delivery, if the service has not yet been delivered or the product has not been used.

• For physical items (if applicable), they must be returned unused, in original condition.

• Refunds are not available for services already delivered or digital services once accessed.
